Hi Raymond! Thanks for asking. Leedon Green is just across to the other side of Holland Road from Hyll on Holland. The land price is slightly cheaper for Hyll so hopefully, the sales price will be lower. Hyll is slightly nearer to Holland Village. The project is also relatively smaller so it depends on your preference.
